Jiu-Jitsu
There is always a way out. You know the way out.
Stay in control.
Jiu-Jitsu trains for close quarters with another individual, whether you are standing or on the ground. We teach you an array of throws, pain compliance submissions, chokes, and postures such as mount, full guard, etc.
Street Effective
We prepare you for the offensive and get you ready to change the tides from defense to offense. Every submission or position has a counter or reversal. Even when you're being attacked, you'll be the one in control. Instead of trading punches, your safest choice is often to neutralize an opponent by throwing him to the floor, making an arm or a leg unusable, or putting him to sleep.
Of all the material that we covered, I believe that the Moshi Grappling and Street Ground Fighting was my favorite. Considering that a large majority of fights end up on the ground, it is important to know proper techniques to defend yourself from the ground. This material has provided me with effective techniques that I will be able to remember and use in self-defense. --Kayla Moorman

Ring-Worthy
This program was developed by self-defense experts and professional fighters and is being implemented in the cage and in the ring! Unlike many Jiu-Jitsu classes, we keep a sharp focus on the reality that at any given time, we could be either getting hit with punches or elbows, or using our own attacks, too.

Competition Applicable
In this class you will also learn the "art" of Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu with another teammate is often described as a chess match. The competition side of Jiu-Jitsu is all about learning how to flow with another person and transition from move to move while staying two or three moves ahead of your partner.
